DEARBBALL BLACK FRIDAY 2025 contest with TRIP DOUBLE
Article 1. Organizer
The "DearBBall Black Friday 2025 with Trip Double" contest is organized by DearBBall (ORIZON). Head office address: 17 rue de Reitwiller, 67370, Berstett SIRET: 88383808800010 Hereinafter "the Organizer."
Trip Double acts only as an operational partner for providing the travel prize. It is not involved in organizing the contest.
Article 2. Contest dates
The contest runs from November 21, 2025, at 00:01 to December 1, 2025, at 23:59, French time. Any order placed outside these dates will not be counted for automatic entry into the contest, but euros already spent before this period are included in the participant’s total points.
Article 3. Participation conditions
Participation is open to any adult individual residing in the European Union.
To participate, the participant must meet the following conditions
Having placed at least one order on the site www.dearbball.fr before or during the contest period.
Register for free on the Trip Double platform and select the desired trip.
All people who have already ordered from DearBBall before November 21, 2025, automatically participate, provided they place at least one order during the contest period and confirm their registration on Trip Double.
Participation is therefore open to all, both new and existing customers.
Article 4. Terms of winning chances
Each euro spent on www.dearbball.fr from the site opening until December 1, 2025, equals one chance to be drawn.
Examples A previous customer who spent €800 before the contest and €200 during the contest will have 1000 chances. A person spending €1 will have 1 chance.
Amounts are calculated on the total VAT-inclusive amount paid by the customer, excluding delivery fees and canceled or refunded purchases.
Article 5. Draw
The draw will take place on December 3, 2025.
It will be conducted randomly among all eligible entries, with chances weighted according to the total spent. The Organizer reserves the right to use an external drawing tool to ensure transparency. A video of the draw may be recorded and kept as proof.
Article 6. Prize description
The winner will receive a trip to the United States for one person, provided by Trip Double.
The trip will be the one the participant selected in advance on the Trip Double platform. The precise details of the trip (duration, program, activities, accommodations, conditions) are defined by Trip Double and are publicly available in the general terms of the trip on the official Trip Double website.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
Article 7. Winner designation
The winner will be contacted by email within 72 hours following the draw. They must respond within 7 days. If there is no response, a new draw may be conducted.
Article 8. Modification or cancellation of the contest
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the contest in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Article 9. Personal data
The data collected as part of the contest is used exclusively for calculating chances, the draw, and managing the winner unless the participant has checked the box to receive information by email. They will never be sold or used for other purposes without prior consent. Each participant has the right to access, correct, and delete their data in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 11. Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
