Returns and refunds


Our aim is your satisfaction. If necessary, our standard returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date we receive your parcel. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are generally unable to offer you a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that it can be remarketed as new.



Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (where applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.


If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

The refund will be made within 14 days (at the most).


Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially published. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@dearbball.fr.


EXCHANGES: (if applicable)


We will only replace faulty or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us.




RETURNS: (if applicable)


To return your product, you must contact us and fill in the form below.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


This form must be completed and returned only if the Customer wishes to withdraw from the order placed on DEARBBALL, except where exclusions or limitations to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are set out in the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
