Explanation of an Exchange

Our goal is your satisfaction. If necessary, our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your package. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual...) allowing it to be resold as new.

Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item for an Exchange

To send back your product, you must contact us to validate the exchange (via chat by CLICKING HERE; or by email at support@dearbball.fr)

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for sending back an item (in a different size, for example) are covered by us.

Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

Our goal is your satisfaction. If necessary, our standard refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your package. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has an odor, or any other reason that prevents it from being resold as new.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The refund will be made within 14 days (at most).

Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at support@dearbball.fr
