Orders and Delivery

Most of our products are delivered within 4 to 7 business days, except for:

  1. Fashion shorts have a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks.
  2. Pre-order items (usually limited edition collections). You can check this by visiting the product or collection page of your item.

After completing your order, you will receive at least 2 emails:

  1. An order confirmation email with payment validation and a summary of your items.
  2. A shipping confirmation email at the time of dispatch. This email includes a number that allows you to precisely track the progress of your order.

  1. Mamba Redeem Team & Goat: Shipments will take place until the weekend of September 7-8. You will receive a tracking email at the time of shipment :)
  2. Mamba Day: Shipments will start from Monday, September 9.

We understand that you have not received all the items from your order, and we apologize for that. Several reasons may explain this situation:

  1. Pre-order: It is possible that the missing items are on pre-order. If this is the case, it is completely normal for these items to be shipped later. To check this, please visit the product page concerned; you will see if it is a pre-order and the expected delivery dates are clearly indicated there. :)
  2. System error: Sometimes a synchronization issue prevents an item from being prepared with the rest of the order. This can explain the absence of certain items. In this case, we will ship it as soon as possible!

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order despite the tracking showing it as delivered. Unfortunately, once the package is marked as delivered, it is beyond our control. We recommend contacting the delivery service directly to clarify the situation and get help locating your package.
It is also possible that a neighbor received the package in your absence.

We deliver to most regions and countries (in Europe, USA, Canada, Dubai, etc.). You can check the available delivery options when placing your order by entering your shipping address.

Delivery fees vary depending on your country.
The exact fees will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Returns and Refunds

You can return the item to the following address, indicating your order number and the new desired size for the exchange :). According to our return policy, return shipping costs are shared: the return of products is the customer's responsibility; and we will resend the new size free of charge, at our expense (https://dearbball.fr/pages/retours-et-remboursements).

Please note, the exchange must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the item must be in its original condition to be restocked as is: unworn item, no deodorant marks, stains, etc. Please make sure your item meets these conditions so your exchange can be accepted 🙂

The exchange will be processed within about ten business days following the return.
